摘要
以成都东部新区空港新城第9再生水厂所在分区为例,通过合理优化再生水用水结构及管网布局,综合考虑消毒、加压提升泵站运维和管网建设运维三部分成本,构建成本加成模型,对比采用合建及分建两种布局模式下再生水管网的全周期建设运维成本,分析评价两种布局的优劣势,因地制宜提出再生水管网布局优化建议。
Based on the case of the 9 th Reclaimed Water Plant in The New Town of Airport,East of Chengdu,this paper studies the reasonable optimization in amount distribution of reclaimed water and its layout of network system.It considerate three parts of expenditure to build a cost-plus model including disinfection,the operation of pressurized lifting pumping station and network system construction and maintenance.Based on the joint layout and separate layout individually,this paper compares the full-cycle cost in construction and maintenance of the reclaimed water network system under two types,and provides the analysis and evaluations of their advantages and disadvantages.It also promisingly proposes some suggestions for optimizing the layout of the reclaimed water network system according to local conditions.
