填料挂膜影响因素分析及阶段性工程改造方案优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 南区污水处理厂的出水TN难以稳定达到浙江省清洁排放标准,为提高生物脱氮效率,对现有AAO生反池进行了基于移动床生物膜工艺(MBBR)的升级改造。填料是MBBR的核心载体,结合MBBR工艺改造及其调试,研究了影响填料挂膜的因素,结果表明充足的碳源、适宜的曝气流化情况、较低的污泥浓度有利于填料挂膜。通过改造曝气系统优化了填料区整体流态,并通过综合分析表明南区污水处理厂冬季启动改造是最佳的选择。 The effluent TN of Ningbo south district wastewater treatment plant is difficult to stably reach the Zhejiang clean discharge standard.In order to improve the efficiency of biological nitrogen removal,the existing AAO reactor has been upgraded based on moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR).Biofilm is the core carrier of MBBR.Combined with MBBR modification and debugging,the influencing factors of biofilm formation on carriers were studied.The result showed that sufficient carbon source,suitable aeration and fluidization condition,and low MLSS are beneficial to biofilm formation on carriers.By modifying the aeration system,the overall flow state of the filling area was optimized,and comprehensive analysis showed that starting-up the reconstruction in winter is the best choice for this plant.
