摘要 以城市水环境业务问题为导向,以城市水务信息化现状为背景,以物联网、大数据、人工智能等先进技术为动力,以航天系统工程理论与实践为基础,以国内外智慧城市建设经验为支撑,构建空、天、地、水一体化的综合监测体系,打造集动态监测、实时预警分析、调度决策支持、数字化管养维护、智慧化服务等功能于一体的城市智慧流域一体化平台,实现信息采集自动化、信息系统集成化、决策调度智慧化、公众服务便捷化,提升城市流域水环境综合治理水平具有指导性的意义。 With urban water environment business problems as the guide,the current situation of urban water informatization as the background,the internet of things,big data,artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies as the driving force,aerospace systems engineering theory engineering practice as the basis,supported by domestic and international experience in the construction of smart cities,build air,sky,ground,water integrated integrated monitoring system,to create a set of dynamic monitoring,real-time early warning analysis,scheduling decision support,digital management and maintenance,intelligent services and other functions in one of the city’s intelligent watershed integration platform,to achieve automation of information collection,information system integration,decision-making scheduling wisdom,convenient public services,to improve the level of integrated management of urban watershed water environment has a guiding significance.
