摘要 原位固化(Cured in place pipe,CIPP)修复技术逐渐成为公共管网结构性缺陷修复的主流优选技术,但国内CIPP修复设计标准之间存在差异,使得同类工程的设计产生混乱和抉择困难。为正确进行CIPP工程设计,对比了3种现行设计规范的主要区别,并开发了可按不同规范进行CIPP修复设计的程序。依托广州市海珠区公共管网修复工程,利用自编软件探讨了两种规范方法之间的区别,以及弹性模量、弯曲强度等参数对内衬管壁厚设计的影响。 CIPP has gradually become the preferred technology for repairing structural defects in public pipe networks.However,there are many differences between standards of domestic CIPP restoration that make the designer confusing.In order to carry out the design of CIPP engineering properly,the three current design specifications were compared,and a design program for CIPP rehabilitation was developed.Relying on the rehabilitation project of the public pipe network in Haizhu District,Guangzhou,the difference between the two specification and the influence of factors such as elastic modulus and bending strength on the design of liner are discussed.
