摘要
非洲刚果河某取水工程因流量大、扬程高,其供电系统不稳定,在断电事故工况时极易发生严重的断流弥合水锤。借助水锤模拟软件,研究了因断电导致停泵时不同水锤防护措施对输水管网的影响,结果表明,采用多功能水泵控制阀+三孔空气阀+内胆式水锤消除罐的组合水锤防护措施能够有效降低正压,消除负压,保证管道安全。
Due to the large flow and high lift,the power supply system of a water intake project in Congo River is unstable,which is prone to serious water hammer when the power is cut off.With the water hammer simulation software,the influence of different water hammer protection measures on the water distribution network when the pump stops due to power failure is studied.The results show that the combined water hammer protection measures of multi-functional pump control valve+three hole air valve+inner tank water hammer elimination tank can effectively reduce the positive pressure,eliminate the negative pressure and ensure the safety of the pipeline.
