武汉青山区老旧小区海绵改造建设研究 被引量:3

摘要 武汉市冶金109小区建于2000年,具有基础设施差、绿化率低、硬化率高、地下管线复杂等老旧小区典型特点。以该小区海绵改造为例,介绍其源头-过程-景观的海绵改造设计理念,及具体海绵设施布置、雨水管网系统改造和景观改造,并利用SWMM模型验证方案实施效果。降雨量为34.4 mm时海绵改造后控制径流量为85%,污染去除率为(以TSS计)61.4%,当重现期为50年一遇特大暴雨时,改造后小区雨水管网没有出现超载现象。结果表明老旧小区海绵改造后可有效消纳雨水,雨水排水系统压力得到有效缓解;海绵改造单位成本为108.35元/m^(2)。 Wuhan Metallurgical district 109 was built in 2000,which had typical characteristics of old communities such as poor infrastructure,low greening rate,high hardening rate,and complicated underground pipelines.Taking the sponge renovation of the community as an example,the design concept of sponge transformation of its source-process-landscape,as well as the specific sponge facility layout,rainwater pipe network system transformation and landscape transformation were introduced in detail.And the SWMM model was used to verify the implementation effect of the program.When the rainfall was 34.4 mm,the controlled runoff of the sponge reached 85%,and the pollution removal rate(calculated by TSS)was 61.4%.After these renovations,when the recurrence period was a 50-year heavy rain,there was no overload in the rainwater pipe network of the community.The results showed that the sponge can effectively absorb rainwater after the renovation,and the pressure of the rainwater drainage system was effectively relieved.The unit cost of the sponge renovation was 108.35 yuan/m^(2).
