某锅炉补给水处理系统周期制水量下降的原因分析及解决措施 被引量:4

摘要 针对某锅炉补给水处理系统周期制水量下降原因进行了分析及处理。分析发现,原因为源水有机物含量超标导致了该补给水处理系统周期制水量下降,同时还引起了机组水汽系统氢电导率升高。通过更换强碱性苯乙烯系阴离子交换树脂为强碱性丙烯酸系阴离子交换树脂,解决了阴离子交换树脂有机物污染问题,提高了锅炉补给水处理系统周期制水量,降低了机组水汽系统氢电导率,使锅炉补给水系统再生酸碱耗及自用水率也都大幅度下降,不但改善了机组补水水质,而且极大节省了制水成本。 This paper analyzes and deals with the decrease of periodic water production in a boiler replenishment water treatment system.Through analysis,it was judged that the organic matter content of the source water exceeded the standard,which led to the decrease of the periodic water production volume of the supplementary water treatment system and the increase of hydrogen conductivity of the unit’s water vapor system.By changing the strongly basic is a strongly basic anion exchange resin with styrene acrylic anion exchange resin,and solved the anion exchange resin organic matter pollution,improve the periodic output amount of fabricated water from the boiler make-up water treatment system,reduces the water vapor system hydrogen electric conductivity,regenerated acid and alkali consumption of boiler make-up water system and the water use ratio also drop dramatically,not only improve the unit filling water water quality,and greatly saves the cost of water.
