区域水环境污染问题识别及整治对策研究

Identification of regional water environment pollution and its countermeasures

针对区域水环境存在的环境污染问题,以某镇域范围水体环境为例,系统分析了水环境现状特征及其污染因素,结果表明生活源为区域水环境主要的污染贡献来源,此外天然径流严重不足、截污次支管网建设滞后、工业企业排污等因素也一定程度制约了水环境质量的改善。在此基础上,结合区域水环境问题识别和诊断,有针对性提出以生活和工业源截污为基础,以水资源优化调配为保障,以污水处理提标改造和内河涌治理为依托的一系列强化污染监控和治理体系的具体解决措施。

In order to solve the problem of regional water environment pollution,taking the town area as an example,this paper systematically analyzes the current characteristics of the water environment and its pollution factors.The results show that the living source is the main source of pollution contribution to the regional water environment.In addition,the shortage of natural runoff,the lagging construction of sewage intercepting sub branch network,and the pollution discharge of industrial enterprises also restrict the improvement of water environment quality.On this basis,a series of specific solutions to strengthen the pollution monitoring and pollution control system are put forward such as the comprehensive sewage interception of domestic and industrial sources,optimal allocation of water resources,improvement of sewage treatment standards as well as the treatment of river inflow.
