大直径曲线顶管临近桩基施工模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 为降低地下空间开发利用及施工过程中对周围环境的影响,各类非开挖方式得到广泛应用。依托于海口市美兰机场二期扩建场外排水工程,对大直径曲线顶管在施工过程中近距离穿越海渝快速路的环境影响进行研究,分析排水顶管顶进施工过程对周围桥梁桩基础及曲线顶管内外侧的应力和变形的影响程度。结果表明:曲线顶管和直线顶管管节受力状态呈现不同规律,顶管顶进过程对附近环境的应力和位移影响较小,计算结果满足现行规范要求。 In order to reduce the influence of underground space development and construction on the surrounding environment,trenchless methods have been widely used.Based on the off-site drainage project of Meilan airport phaseⅡexpansion in Haikou city,this paper studied the environmental impact of large-diameter curved pipe jacking on the close crossing of Haiyu expressway in the construction process,so as to analyze the influence degree of the drainage jacking construction process on the surrounding bridge pile foundation,and the stress and deformation law of both sides of the curved jacking tube.The results show that the stress of curved pipe jacking and straight pipe jacking is different.The pipe jacking process has little influence on the stress and displacement of the surrounding environment.The calculated results meet the requirements of current specifications.
