污水处理厂外加碳源模拟优化研究

Study on simulation and optimization of external carbon source in sewage treatment plant

以江苏省某污水处理厂为例,利用BioWin工艺模拟软件对该污水处理厂全工艺流程进行数学建模和模拟分析。针对该厂碳源不足问题提出工艺优化方案,以减少外加碳源投加量,实现污水处理厂节能降耗。

Taking a sewage plant in Jiangsu province as an example,BioWin process simulation software was used to carry out mathematical modeling and simulation analysis of the whole process process of the plant.In view of the problem of insufficient carbon source in the water plant,a process optimization scheme was proposed to reduce the amount of additional carbon source and realize energy saving and consumption reduction in the sewage plant.
