基于海绵城市建设的城市更新规划中雨洪利用应用实例——以北京首钢冬奥会单板大跳台为例

随着社会高速发展、近些年城市更新改造水问题凸显,对城市内涝防治提出巨大挑战,雨洪利用的理念与海绵城市"渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排"的建设理念与相似,既可以有效缓解城市内涝,又可以解决城市更新面临的提标改造问题,还可以减轻城市用水紧张状况。以北京首钢冬奥单板大跳台项目为例,通过结合海绵城市建设,巧妙的解决了城市内涝和城市更新发展中面临的排水系统提标改造的问题,以期为后期城市更新规划及雨洪利用提供参考。

With the rapid development of society and the problem about water of urban renewal and reconstruction in recent years,the prevention and control of urban waterlogging is a great challenge,and the construction of sponge city is imperative.The concept of rainwater and flood utilization is similar to the construction concept of"infiltration,detention,storage,purification,use and drainage"of sponge city,which can not only effectively alleviate urban waterlogging,but also solve the problem of upgrading urban standards and urban water shortage.This paper takes Beijing Shougang Winter Olympic ski jump project as an example,through the construction of sponge city,ingeniously solves the problems of urban waterlogging and drainage system upgrading and reconstruction in the process of urban renewal and development,so as to provide reference for later urban renewal planning and rainwater utilization.
