摘要 以液液萃取衍生-气相色谱法和氢氧根体系离子色谱法检测水体中二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸,并从人力和时间成本,试验耗材成本和实验室管理等方面对两种方法进行比较,结果显示液液萃取衍生-气相色谱法前处理过程复杂繁琐耗时,需使用甲基叔丁基醚、浓硫酸、甲醇等危化品,采用内标法定量。氢氧根体系离子色谱法无需复杂的前处理过程,只需开机平衡基线后直接上机;整个试验过程只需要额外加入超纯水,有利于实验人员身体健康和实验室管理。 Liquid-liquid extraction Derivatization Gas Chromatography and hydrogen peroxide system ion chromatography were used to detect dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in water.The two methods were compared in terms of manpower and time cost,experimental consumables cost and laboratory management.It was found that the pretreatment process of liquid-liquid extraction derivation gas chromatography was complex,tedious and time-consuming,and needed methyl tert butyl ether,concentrated sulfuric acid,methyl ester Alcohol and other dangerous chemicals were quantified by internal standard method.The ion chromatography of hydroxyl radical system does not need complex pretreatment process,only needs to start the machine after balancing the baseline;the whole experimental process only needs to add ultra pure water,which is conducive to the health of laboratory personnel and laboratory management,the experimental process is convenient,and has the value of social promotion.
