净水厂V型滤池滤及超滤单元组合设计

摘要 某净水厂设计总规模5万m^(3)/d,一期实施2.5万m^(3)/d,厂内预留二期扩建用地。净水厂采用机械絮凝斜管沉淀池+V型滤池+超滤的主体水处理工艺,通过将超滤车间的进水泵房、滤池反冲洗泵房与V型滤池合建大大节省了工程投资和占地。通过总平管线的设计,实现不同原水水质情况下多种运行工况的切换、厂内工艺管线与区域备用水源的合理衔接、一期与二期构建筑物功能的最优组合。 The total designed scale of the water purification plant of this project is 50000 m^(3)/d,the first phase will implement 25000 m^(3)/d,and the second phase of expansion will be reserved in the plant.This water purification plant adopts the main water treatment process of Mechanical flocculation inclined tube sedimentation tank+V-type filter+ultrafiltration,through the joint construction of the inlet pump room,filter backwash pump room and V-type filter in the ultrafiltration workshop Greatly save project investment and land occupation.Through the design of the general level pipeline,the switching of various operating conditions under different raw water quality conditions,the reasonable connection of the process pipeline in the plant and the regional backup water source,and the optimal combination of the functions of the first and second phase structures are realized.
