南盘岭社区DMA分区漏损控制效益分析

Benefit analysis of DMA leakage control in Nanpanling Community

以南盘岭社区为例,对比了漏损控制前后产销差,定量分析了DMA漏损控制后产生效益。结果显示经过DMA漏损控制后,产销差降低了24.4%,每年可为供水企业节约36.39万元。该小区经过修漏后仍未达到国家规定漏损率(产销差)应<12%的标准,因此供水企业管理人员后期需要进一步对该小区DMA管网进行优化。

This study compares the difference of production and sales before and after the leakage control,and quantitatively analyzes the benefits after the DMA leakage control.The results show that after DMA leakage control,the difference of production and sales is reduced by 24.4%in Nanpanling community,which can save 363900 yuan per year for water supply enterprises.It shows that DMA technology is an efficient and economic leakage detection and control technology.In addition,the community has not yet reached the national leakage rate(<12%)after repairing the leakage.The management staff of the water supply enterprise need to further optimize the DMA pipe network of the community in the later period.
