双线顶管异步施工对邻近框架结构的影响分析

摘要 工程中由于工期、资金等因素的影响,会出现并行顶管同步顶进或不同滞后距离异步顶进的情况。为研究滞后间距k对邻近框架结构的影响,基于隧道-土体-框架结构共同作用效应,并依托海口市美兰机场二期扩建场外排水工程,采用ABAQUS软件进行模拟分析。分析结果表明:就框架整体沉降而言,采用滞后间距k=0方案可以降低框架沉降值;框架x方向的沉降差和整体倾斜受滞后间距k影响较小,而y方向影响较大,但沉降差均满足规范要求;最大附加弯矩发生在边梁和边柱处,且k值越大,框架产生的附加弯矩越大;施工中拉应力最大值出现在框架底层的梁柱交点处,因此,对梁与柱的交点处需进行加固处理。 In engineering,due to the influence of construction period,funds and other factors,there will be synchronous construction of pipe jacking or asynchronous construction with different lag distance.To study the influence of spacing k on frame structure,based on the interaction effect of tunnel-soil-frame structure,this paper uses ABAQUS software to simulate and analyze the off-site drainage project of Meilan Airport phase ii expansion in Haikou.The results show that for the overall settlement of the frame,the settlement value of frame can be reduced by adopting the scheme of spacing k=0.The spacing k has little influence on the settlement difference and overall inclination of the foundation in xdirection of the frame,but has great influence on ydirection.The settlement difference meets the requirements of the code.The maximum additional bending moment occurs at the side beam and the side column,and the larger the k value,the larger the additional bending moment produced by the frame.During construction,the maximum tensile stress in construction appears at the beam-column junction at the bottom of the frame.Therefore,the intersection of beam and column should be strengthened.
