摘要
以山西省某生活垃圾焚烧发电厂为研究对象,对全厂给水排水系统进行可行性研究,绘制全厂水量平衡图,为该项目实现废水零排放提供理论依据。主要通过汽轮机排汽冷却方式采用直接空气冷却系统,排污降温池出水用于循环水补水,全厂产生的生活污水、废水经过相应处理之后进行资源化利用,垃圾渗滤液处理站产水用于循环水补充水,浓水用于石灰浆制备及飞灰稳定固化的方式。可以达到生活垃圾焚烧发电厂的废水零排放的要求,是解决该地区严重缺水问题、生活垃圾焚烧电厂排水困难及处理垃圾产生的污水二次污染的有效途径。
A municipal solid waste incineration power in Shanxi Province was took as the research object.To provide a theoretical basis for the zero discharge of waste water in this project,feasibility studying on water supply and drainage system and drawing the water balance diagram of the plant were gone.To realize zero discharge of waste water from municipal solid waste incineration power plant,the following methods were used including the air cooling system was used to steam exhaust cooling of steam turbine,effluent from sewage cooling pool was used to replenish circulating water,the domestic sewage and waste water of the whole plant was reused after treatment,the water produced in leachate treatment station was used to replenish circulating water,and the concentrated water was used to prepare lime slurry and solidify fly ash.It was an effective way to solve the problem of serious water shortage,drainage difficulty of municipal solid waste incineration power plant and secondary pollution of sewage generated by waste disposal in this area.It was environmental friendly.
