基于城市内涝防控的用地竖向控制规划研究——以武汉市主城区为例 被引量:1

摘要 以武汉市主城区为例,对本次研究的竖向控制内容进行界定,从自然地形地势、水系分布和水位、排水管道分布和绿地广场分布等方面系统性的分析了武汉市竖向控制的要素,并梳理现阶段武汉市用地竖向控制存在的湖泊水位控制不到位、城市宏观竖向控制不完善、城市微观竖向控制不精细等三大类问题。在现状分析的基础上提出城市用地竖向控制的规划控制体系,并制定便于管理的涵盖宏观、中观、微观的三级竖向管控方案。 Taking the main city of Wuhan as an example,the vertical control content of this study is defined.The vertical control elements of Wuhan is systematically analyzed from the aspects of natural topography,water distribution,water level,drainage pipe distribution and green space square distribution.And the current problems of the vertical control is analyzed,including the lake water level control is not in place,the city’s macro vertical control is imperfect,and the city’s micro vertical control is not fine.Based on the analysis of the current situation,the planning control system of urban land vertical control is proposed,and a three-level vertical management and control planning covering macro,meso and micro which is convenient to manage is formulated.
