基于超滤/纳滤双膜工艺的给水厂应急处理技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 超滤和纳滤双膜工艺具备突出的应对饮用水突发污染的能力。通过超滤和纳滤的灵活配置,常规运转下,超滤纳滤并联运行、掺混供水,可以提高出水水质;在应急模式下,超滤纳滤串联运行,保障稳定的突发污染应急处理能力,实现"减量保质"的间断性应急供水,避免城市出现连续断水的恐慌。综合双膜的工艺的基建成本以及生活用水直接饮用占比,超滤的供水规模可控制在纳滤的2~3倍。本文可为饮用水突发污染控制及纳滤膜技术应用提供参考。 The hybrid ultrafiltration(UF)/nanofiltration(NF)process can provide removal capacity for a variety of emergeney pollutants.Without the emergency water pollution,the UF and NF can be operated in a parallel manner with UF and NF permeate blended so as to improve water quality.In case of the emergency pollution,the UF and NF can be operated in series to provide a better water treatment performance,so that the emergency water supply can be maintained at a smaller quantity without compromising water quality.In this way,the water supply would not be continuously cut off and the social panic about water scarcity can be minimized.Taking the capital costs of UF/NF process and ratio of direct drinking water in total water supply,it is recommended to establish the dual-membrane system with the capacity of UF being 2~3 time larger than that of NF.This paper could provide a reference for emergency water pollution control and application of NF membrane technology.
