基于能量解偶联的膜法污泥减量及膜污染控制

摘要 以2,4-二硝基酚(DNP)作为解偶联剂,研究了能量解偶联技术联合重力流膜生物反应器对污泥减量、上清液回收效能及回收过程中的膜污染控制问题的影响。长期运行结果表明,DNP投加后能够实现17%~50%的污泥减量效果,并改变污泥形态,使絮体松散。研究表明,能量解偶联作用使细胞破裂,SMP含量增加,污泥上清液回收过程中COD去除率降低2%~5%。此外,较低浓度的DNP(10~30mg/L)抑制EPS产生,降低了滤饼层阻力,从而缓解污泥上清液回收过程中的膜污染,最终达到较高且稳定的出水通量。 Using 2,4-dinitrophenol(DNP)as the uncoupling agent,the effects of energy uncoupling technology combined with gravity flow membrane bioreactor on sludge reduction,supernatant recovery efficiency and membrane fouling control during the recovery process were studied.The long-term operation results showed that the DNP can achieve a sludge reduction effect of 17%to50%,and change the sludge morphology,make the flocs loosen.The results revealed that the energy uncoupling effect caused the cells rupture,increased SMP content,and decreased COD removal rate by2%~5%in the process of sludge supernatant recovery.Additionally,the lower concentration of DNP(10~30 mg/L)could reduce the resistance of the filter cake layer due to the inhibition of EPS production,leading to a mitigation of membrane fouling during the recovery of sludge supernatant,and finally achieving a high and stable effluent flux.
