供水管网中抗生素抗性基因环境风险浅析 被引量:4

摘要 传统城市供水厂净水工艺对抗生素抗性基因的去除能力有限,不仅会导致出厂水中抗性基因残留,更有通过与管网生长环复杂的交互作用引起管网抗性基因污染风险的趋势,许多试验表明抗性基因经过供水管网后浓度反而有所增加,讨论了新型环境污染物抗生素抗性基因(Antibiotic Resistance Genes,ARGs)在供水管网中传播途径及作用机制,并有针对性提出供水管网中抗生素抗性基因环境风险控制的建议。 The traditional water purification process of urban water supply plant has limited ability to remove antibiotic resistance genes,which will not only lead to the residue of antibiotic resistance genes in the ex-factory water,but also lead to the risk of pipe network resistance gene pollution through complex interaction with the pipe network growth ring.Many experiments show that the concentration of resistance genes increases after passing through the water supply network.This paper discusses the transmission pathway and mechanism of antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs),a new environmental pollutant,in water supply network,and puts forward some suggestions on environmental risk control of antibiotic resistance gene in water supply network.
