摘要 选用改性硅铝矿石作为吸附剂,考察不同条件下改性硅铝矿石对水中二价锰离子的去除效果。结果表明,在温度为25℃,锰离子初始质量浓度为3 mg/L时,改性硅铝矿石的吸附率为99.3%,对锰离子有良好的吸附能力。在动态过滤试验中,增大进水滤速,降低滤柱填充高度会使出水锰浓度增加。当进水滤速和滤柱填充高度一定时,随着进水硬度的增加,进水中钙离子会与锰离子竞争硅铝矿石表面的吸附位点,减弱硅铝矿石吸附效能,出水锰离子浓度增加。改性硅铝矿石除锰过程中,吸附、接触氧化过程共同发挥作用,保障改性矿石具有优良的除锰能力。为除锰滤池滤料,提供了石英砂的代替材料。 The removal of divalent manganese ions from water under different conditions was investigated by using modified silica alumina sand as adsorbents.The results showed that the adsorption rate of modified silica alumina sand was 99.3%at 25℃with the initial mass concentration of manganese ions being 3 mg/L,and the adsorption capacity of modified silica alumina sand was excellent.The dynamic filtration test indicated that increasing the inflow velocity and decreasing the filling height of the filter column would increase the outflow manganese concentration.When the inflow velocity and the filter column filling height were fixed,with the increase of inlet hardness,calcium ions in the feed would compete with manganese ions for the adsorption site on the surface of modified silica alumina sand,which weakens the adsorption efficiency of silica-alumina ore and increases the concentration of outflow manganese ions.The process of removal of manganese with modified silica alumina sand was carried out in coordination of adsorption and contact oxidation to ensure that the modified ore has an excellent ability to remove manganese.It provides a substitute material to replace quartz sand for the filter material of manganese removal filter.
