摘要
电磁无损检测技术是诊断PCCP管断丝问题最有效的办法之一。中国水利水电科学研究院自主开发了PCCP管放空断丝检测技术及装备,于2019年12月至2020年1月两次进入南水北调中线工程北京段PCCP管道进行了放空断丝检测技术装备的示范应用,并与开挖验证结果进行对比,取得了良好的效果。相关研究为进一步完善检测方法、改进检测装备,保障国内调水工程PCCP管的安全运行奠定了基础。
Electromagnetic nondestructive testing is one of the most effective methods to diagnose the broken wire number in the PCCP.The research team from China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research has independently developed the broken wire inspection equipment for vent PCCP,and entered the pipeline in Beijing section of the South to North Water Diversion Project between December 2019 and January 2020 for the field application and demonstration of the equipment.Some pipes were excavated for the verification of the inspection data,and good results have been achieved.This work laid solid foundation for the future improvement of the inspection technology and equipment,and the safe operation of the PCCP projects in service in China.
