竖流式乡镇污水一体化反应器的研究及应用 被引量:2

摘要 阐述了我国乡镇地区水环境现状与生活污水处理现状,以我国乡镇地区的水污染情况为研究背景,介绍了近期国内外一体化污水处理装置。在贵州省某乡镇地区建设了竖流式一体化反应器装备,用于处理当地居民的生活污水。介绍了该一体化反应器的工程概况、工艺流程和设计参数,并实验考察了该反应器脱氮除磷的效果。结果表明,该竖流式一体化反应器的平均出水COD为22.13mg/L、NH3-N为2.41mg/L、TN为4.74mg/L、TP为0.30mg/L,其水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。其运营成本为0.32元/m3。 This paper expounds the present situation of water environment and domestic sewage treatment in rural areas of China.Taking the water pollution situation in rural areas of China as the research background,this paper introduces the recent domestic and foreign integrated sewage treatment devices.A vertical-flow integrated reactor has been established in a township area of Guizhou Province to treat domestic sewage of local residents.This paper describes the engineering situation,technological process and design parameters of the integrated reactor,and investigates the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal by the reactor experimentally.The results show that the vertical-flow integrated reactor is flat.The COD of the effluent is 22.13 mg/L,NH3-N is 2.41 mg/L,TN is 4.74 mg/L and TP is 0.30 mg/L.The water quality of the effluent meets the Discharge standard of pollutantsf or municipal wastewater treatment plant(GB 18918-2002)first A.The treatment cost of this integrated facility is 0.32 yuan per ton of sewage,which is economical.
