摘要
某城市生活污水处理厂为迁建项目,总规模为4万m3/d,其中一期工程为3万m3/d,工艺流程采用细格栅渠-旋流沉砂池-BBR生化处理-二沉池-转盘滤池-接触消毒池,污泥浓缩脱水采用污泥深度脱水技术(脱水后污泥含水率≤60%),介绍了BBR工艺特点及污水处理厂各单元工艺设计,进出水水质情况表明,工程出水水质良好,能够达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。
A municipal wastewater treatment plant is a relocation project,the overall scope is 40000 m~3/d,and phase I project is 30000 m~3/d.The processing flow is fine grille canal-swirling sand settlement tank-BBR biochemical tank-secondary clarifier-rotary disc filter-contact disinfection pool.Deep dewatering technology for sludge concentration adopts deep dehydration technology(Water content of sludge after dewatering is less than 60%.).This paper introduces the characteristics of BBR process and the process design of each unit in wastewater treatment plant.And according to the actual situation of water quality in and out of wastewater treatment plant,BBR process can be popularized and applied.The effluent quality of the project can up to level A standard of Dischange standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant.
