摘要
某PTA企业在生产试运行过程中产生了高浓度的废水,该废水污染物浓度严重超标,经过污水处理后进入到再生水回用系统中,造成膜系统污堵严重,使得再生水回用系统不能正常稳定运行,给企业造成了巨大的经济损失。为了减少损失,对反渗透高压泵前的保安过滤器滤芯上的污堵物进行结构和成分分析,发现该污堵物来源于有机物和无机物的混合沉淀,该沉淀物紧密结实,导致了常规的清洗手段效果不佳。经过有针对性调整后,再生水回用系统恢复正常。
A PTA enterprise produced high concentration wastewater during trial operation.The concentration of pollutants in this part of wastewater seriously exceeded the design load of the wastewater treatment station.The effluent from the wastewater treatment station entered into the reclaimed water reuse system,causing serious fouling of membrane system,which made the reclaimed water reuse system unable to operate normally and steadily.resulting in huge economic losses.In order to reduce the loss,the structure and component analysis of the fouling plug on the filter element of the security filter in front of the reverse osmosis high pressure pump were carried out.It was found that the fouling plug originated from the mixed precipitation of organic matter and inorganic matter.And the formed sediment was compact,which led to the poor effect of conventional cleaning methods.After targeted adjustment,the reclaimed water reuse system returned to normal.
