核电厂循环水和重要厂用水系统泵站配置设计

摘要 核电厂循环水和重要厂用水系统泵站配置对总平面布置和投资影响大,前期设计时需进行泵房分建、合建多方案技术经济比选后确定优选方案。泵站配置设计时需综合考虑循环水泵的选型、循环水泵的数量、过滤设施的选型及配置、重要厂用水防内外部灾害设计等综合因素。总结了国内外常用的核电厂循环水和重要厂用水系统泵站配置设计的方法和成果,为同类项目泵站配置设计提供参考。 The configuration of circulating water and essential service water system pump station in nuclear power plant has a great influence on the general layout and investment.In preliminary design stage,it is necessary to determine the optimal configuration scheme after the technical and economic comparison.Comprehensive factors such as selection of circulating water pump,quantity of circulating water pump,selection of filter facilities,and hazards prevention design of important service water system shall be taken into consideration in pump station configuration design.This paper summarizes the methods and results of pump station configuration design of nuclear power plant circulating water and essential service water system at home and abroad,and provides reference for pump station configuration design of similar projects.
