摘要
海绵城市专项规划的出发点是系统解决城镇化过程中出现的城市内涝积水、城市水生态环境污染、水资源紧缺等城市水问题。以石家庄为例,探讨了"源头减排、雨水管渠、排涝除险"的水安全问题系统解决方案,以及"源头治污、活水补给、生态修复"相结合的城市水生态环境问题解决方案。构建了高密度建成区,以城市水问题为导向,源头、过程、末端并重的海绵规划编制体系,以期为其他相关城市海绵城市规划编制提供参考借鉴。
One of the main purposes of special planning for sponge city is developing comprehensive solutions of waterlogging and water environment pollution during rapid urbanization.Take Shijiazhuang city as an example,by the combination of source control facilities and storm sewer system and excess stormwater prevention facilities,as well as the combination of pollution source treatment and ecological base flow replenishment and ecological restoration,respectively,solutions on urban waterlogging problems and urban water pollution problems were proposed.This paper establishes urban water problem oriented planning method for sponge city in high density built-up area,which could be a reference for other cities.
