已建地块源头海绵改造可行性研究

摘要 针对传统城市无序开发带来的城市内涝、水环境恶化等诸多新型城市问题,以武汉东湖新技术开发区南湖东汇水区为例,从源头海绵改造的角度,以问题为导向,探索科学合理的已建地块源头海绵改造技术方案,并通过InfoWorks ICM模型进行成效评估。结果表明,源头海绵改造实施后,南湖东汇水区总体年径流总量控制率达到规划指标要求;在50年一遇303mm降雨条件下,可减少区域总体出流流量6.9m3/s,对峰值流量控制有积极贡献,大大减轻了汤逊湖水系的排水防涝压力。 The emergent problems of urban flood inundation and the water quality impairment have been caused by conventional urbanization in a disorderly manner.In this study,the drainage basin of Wuhan East Lake High-Tech development Zone was selected to explore the technical strategy to renovate the current construction and build up sponge city at point source.Evaluation has been performed by InfoWorks ICM,and the results showed that the annual runoff pollution control rate attained the planning targets of Nanhu Dong after implementing the point-sourced sponge city reclamation.Under the condition of 303 mm rainfall once in 50 years,outflow discharge can be reduced down to 6.9 m~3/s,which positively contributed to the control of peak flow and greatly reduced the pressure of drainage in Tangxun Lake System.
