摘要 以解决小寨区域水安全方面的突出问题为主线,统筹考虑繁华城区水环境、水生态、水资源等多重问题,工程借助InfoWorks ICM水力模型对区域内涝问题进行了成因分析和方案建议;同时结合现场调研和城市建设规划,提出"LID低影响开发雨水系统+超标雨水径流控制系统+径流污染控制系统+海绵城市智慧运维管控系统"四大系统建设方案。预期效果评估显示,建设方案可综合实现区域内涝整治、径流控制、污染削减、智慧管控等多项目标,为繁华城区海绵城市建设提供借鉴和参考。 In order to solve the outstanding problems of water security in Xiaozhai area,the multiple problems such as water environment,water ecology and water resources were considered as a whole.With the help of infoworks ICM hydraulic model,the project analyzed the causes of the problem of regional waterlogging and proposes the scheme suggestions.At the same time,combined with the field research and urban construction planning,it puted forward"lid low impact development rainwater system+excessive rainwater path flow control system+runoff pollution control system+sponge city intelligent operation and maintenance management and control system".The expected effect evaluation shows that the construction scheme can comprehensively achieve the regional waterlogging control,runoff control,pollution reduction,intelligent management and control and other goals,and provide reference for the construction of sponge city in busy urban areas.
