排水防涝模型在海绵城市建设效果评估中的应用——以嘉兴市城中片区为例 被引量:2

摘要 绩效考核评估是评价海绵城市建设效果的重要手段之一,而以模型为技术手段的评估是海绵城市建设考核中必不可少的一部分。结合海绵城市定量化评估要求,以嘉兴市具有代表性的合流制城中村为研究对象,利用DW(DigitalWater)模型构建城中片区精细化排水防涝模型,对海绵建设后水环境和水安全贡献情况进行分析。通过不同降雨条件的模拟分析,从而实现该区域海绵城市建设改造前后合流制管渠控污、管网排水能力、内涝风险等多项指标的评估,以期为今后同类型合流制区域海绵改造建模评估提供相关经验,为模型在海绵城市建设评估中的长效应用提供支撑。 Performance appraisal evaluation is one of the important means to evaluate the effect of sponge city construction,and model-based evaluation is an essential part of sponge city construction evaluation.This article combines the requirements for quantitative assessment of sponge city,taking the representative village of Jiaxing city as a research object,the DW(DigitalWater)model was used to construct a fine two-dimensional coupled drainage and flood control model in the village,and the contribution of water environment and water safety after sponge construction was analyzed.Through the simulation analysis of different rainfall conditions,the assessment of multiple indicators such as the pollution control of combined sewer,the drainage capacity of the pipe network and the risk of internal heel after the construction and reconstruction of the sponge city in the village is achieved,It is expected to provide modeling experience for the evaluation of sponge reconstruction in the same type of combined system in the future,and provide support for the long-term use of the model in the evaluation of sponge city construction.
