摘要
核电厂重要厂用水系统为安全级系统,循环水系统为非安全级系统,两个系统的泵房分建则各自的过滤系统可独立设置互不影响,重要厂用水泵房按抗SL-2地震设计,循环水泵房按非抗震设计;泵房合建可共用过滤系统、减少设备数量、节省泵房占地面积,但是泵房整体应按抗SL-2地震进行设计。从分建和合建泵房应对海生物入侵的灵活性和保证重要厂用水系统的取水安全、设备和土建费用、占地面积等方面对分建、合建方案进行了探讨,对于地基条件较好、不需要进行地基处理的厂址,推荐采用合建方案。但是,对于地基条件不好的厂址,需对分建、合建泵房地下部分的土建费用作进一步比较。
In nuclear power plant,the essential service water system is a safety related system,and the circulating water system is a non-safety related system.When the pump houses of the two systems are built separately,their filtration systems can be set independently without affecting each other;the essential service water pump house is designed to stand SL-2 earthquake,and the circulating water pump house is designed to be non-earthquake-proof.The joint construction of two pump houses can share the filtration system,reduce the number of equipment,and save the area of the pump house,but the whole pump house should be designed to stand SL-2 earthquake.This article discusses the separate-construction and co-construction plans in terms of the flexibility to deal with the invasion of sea creatures and ensuring the safety of the water intake of the essential service water system,equipment and civil construction costs,and land occupation,the co-construction plan is recommended for the site that does not need to deal with the base.However,for the site with poor foundation conditions,the civil construction costs of the separate-construction and co-construction of the underground part of the pump house need to be further compared.
