摘要
鼓形滤网是核电站冷源系统中的一个重要设备,其安全运行是整个核电站冷源可靠性的有力保障。通过对各个核电站鼓网运行经验反馈的认真分析,逐点研究了现行鼓形滤网的控制逻辑,对系统设计进行了三项设计优化。这三项设计优化既在不同程度上增加了鼓网个体的运行安全性,同时也提高了整个过滤系统和循环水系统的安全性和可靠性,为核电站安全稳定运行提供了保障。
The drum filter is an important device in the cold source system of a nuclear power plant,and its safe operation is a powerful guarantee for the reliability of the cold source of the entire nuclear power plant.In this paper,through careful analysis of the feedback of the operation experience of the drum network of each nuclear power station,the control logic of the current drum filter is studied point by point,and three design optimizations are carried out for the system design.These three design optimizations have not only increased the operational safety of individual drum nets to varying degrees,but also improved the safety and reliability of the entire filtration system and circulating water system,providing aguarantee for the safe and stable operation of nuclear power plants.
