摘要
目前国内核电厂循环水系统使用的真空破坏阀多为先导式电控气动隔膜阀(以下简称先导式真空破坏阀)。先导式真空破坏阀与循环水泵联控,通过逻辑信号以控制阀门启闭。水力自动式真空破坏阀可设置阀门开启压力,管道内水压一旦达到阀门预设的开启压力,阀门自动开启进气以破坏真空。从水力自动式真空破坏阀原理、应用现状以及水力计算方面深入分析了该种阀门应用于核电厂循环水系统的可行性,并结合先导式电控气动隔膜阀的设计理念对比两种阀门对核电厂循环水系统的影响。
At present,circulating water system of nuclear power plant in China mainly use pilot operated vacuum valves,which controlled by logic of circulating water pump start and trip.Hydraulic automatic vacuum valve opens and closes automatically once the valve has been set.In this paper,we analyze the practicability of using hydraulic automatic vacuum valve by studying the performance,application status and transient analysis of the valve.We also compare the impact of those two kinds of valves using in circulating water system.
