摘要
核电站中主冷却剂泵为推动一回路主冷却剂循环、导热的核心设备,是核电站的重中之重,与核安全密切相关。同时主冷却剂泵作为转动设备,含有大量的润滑油,从而带来较大的火灾风险。从二代改进型核电站到三代核电,主泵均设置有两级水喷雾灭火系统,为主泵安全运行提供保障。在三代核电设计过程中,为进一步提高系统安全性和试验便利性,本文开展主泵消防设计过程中也进行一些优化探讨,为后续核电站的消防系统设计提供积极的参考和借鉴。
The nuclear power plant reactor coolant pump is the core equipment which promotes the primary coolant circulation and heat conduction in the primary circuit.It is of vital importance equipment in nuclear power plant and related to nuclear safety.Meanwhile,as rotating equipment,the reactor coolant pump contains quantities of lubricating oil,brought a great risk of fire.Since the second generation improved nuclear power plant,reactor coolant pump has been equipped with a two-stage water spray fire protection system to ensure pump safety operation.During the design of the third generation nuclear power,in order to further improve the system safety and test convenience,this essay carries out reactor coolant pump fire protection design and some optimization discussion as well,which provides positive reference for further nuclear power plant fire protection system designs.
