中欧室外排水规范对比分析及SWMM在雨水管网设计中的应用——以罗安达KK项目市政雨水工程设计为例

Comparative analysis of outdoor drainage codes between China and Europe and application of SWMM in the design of storm water pipe network:a case of design of KK project,Luanda

对欧洲标准《建筑物外部排水和排污系统》(BS EN 752:2008)和中国标准《室外排水设计规范》(GB 50014—2006,2014年版)中的雨水设计和计算方法进行了对比分析。以罗安达地区KK项目的市政雨水工程设计为例,结合欧洲室外排水标准和中国室外排水设计规范的相关要求,利用暴雨管理模型对市政雨水管网进行模拟计算和分析。模拟10年和25年重现期的暴雨过程中地块的产汇流情况,计算雨水管网总出口1#明渠出口的洪峰流量,并将管网排出口的流量模拟结果与推理公式法进行比较,为KK项目市政雨水管网总出口1#明渠的设计提供可靠的数据支持。同时根据模拟结果,分析了KK项目市政雨水管网在10年和25年重现期下的溢流情况,为KK市政雨水管网的运行和二期雨水管网设计提供参考建议。

The storm water design and calculation methods were compared and analyzed between Drain and sewer systems outside buildings(BS EN 752:2008)and the Chinese code Code for design of outdoor wastewater engineering(GB 50014-2006,2014 version).Taking the municipal storm water engineering design of KK project in Luanda as an example,the storm water management model(SWMM)was used to simulate and analysis of the municipal storm water pipe network,combined with the relevant requirements of European and Chinese outdoor drainage design codes.Simulate the runoff generation and confluence of the plot during the storm water in the 10-year and 25-year return period,calculate the peak flow of the 1#open channel outlet which is the total outlet of the storm water pipe network,and compare the flow simulation results of the outlet the pipe network with the rational formula method.Provide reliable data support for the design of the 1#open channel which is outlet of the municipal storm water pipe network of KK project.Based on the simulation results,the overflow situation of the KK project’s municipal storm water pipe network during the return period of 10-year and 25-year was analyzed to provide suggestions for the operation of municipal storm water pipe network of KK project,and also for the design of storm water pipe network of KK project phaseⅡ.
