摘要
围绕水质提升总体目标进行系统谋划和顶层设计,通过水环境现状分析及评估,提出相应对策措施,并通过水动力水质耦合模型计算水质目标可达性。
Systematic planning and top-level design are carried out around the overall goal of water quality improvement.Through the analysis and evaluation of the current situation of water environment,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,and the accessibility of water quality objectives is calculated by the coupling model of hydrodynamics and water quality.
