摘要
基于调蓄池代用模型,提出采用单位面积调蓄深度作为小区尺度LID建设评价指标。以中山市火炬区为例,采用模糊综合评价法对区内107个地块进行LID适建性的分类。分别在典型地块有无LID工况下,研究单位面积调蓄深度的计算方法;通过计算1年、5年、20年三种重现期下,各类地块添加不同LID组合措施工况的调蓄池出流曲线,得到同类地块添加最佳LID组合措施的调蓄水深相近的规律,最后给出了5种地块的调蓄水深统计指标。为海绵建设工程设计、施工、运行等环节的指标分解、效果评估及绩效考核提供了一套行之有效的解决方法。
Based on the alternative model of storage tank,it is proposed to use runoff regulating depth per unit area as the evaluation index of LID construction.Taking Torch District of Zhongshan city as an example,107 plots are classified according to the appropriate degree to construct LID measure by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The calculation method of runoff regulating water depth per unit area is studied under LID condition or not in typical block.Under three recurrence periods 1 a,5 aand 20 a,the outflow curve of the alternative model of storage tank under different combined LID measures was calculated for different types of plots,and runoff regulating water depth per unit area of the same plots with the best LID combined measures was similar.Finally,the statistical indexes of runoff regulating water depth per unit area of five types blocks are given.This paper provides a set of effective solution for the index decomposition,effect evaluation and performance appraisal of sponge construction engineering design,construction and operation.
