摘要
某核电站循环水系统与重要厂用水系统均采用海水直流供水方式,海水通过引水明渠、厂外取水构筑物、厂外取水隧洞引至配水构筑物,通过配水构筑物将海水分配给循环水泵和重要厂用水泵。由于受总平面空间限制,各机组配水构筑物进水口与出水口的方位、布置有较大差异且不规则,循环水与重要厂用水出口流量的差异也很大,海水在进入配水构筑物后无法自然地保证其配水均匀性,需通过模型试验优化配水构筑物的结构尺寸以实现其平顺、均匀地配水。
Both the circulating water system and the essential service water system of a nuclear power station are direct water supply mode of seawater,which is led to the water distribution structure through the open channel,the water intake structure and water intake tunnel,outside the plant.The water is distributed to the circulating water pumps and the essential service water pumps through the water distribution structure.Due to the limitation of general layout space,the orientation and layout of water inlet and outlet of each water distribution structure are quite different and irregular,and the flow of circulating water and essential service water outlet are also quite different.After entering the water distribution structure,sea water cannot naturally guarantee its water distribution uniformity.It is necessary to optimize the structure size of water distribution structure through model test to achieve smooth and even water distribution.
