摘要
对具体工程高支模区域施工重难点进行分析,使用承插式轮扣脚手架代替传统钢管扣件式脚手架搭设高支模架体,结合BIM模型制定具体的架体搭拆、混凝土浇筑施工方法,并使用品茗软件对架体的稳定性进行验算。研究表明,使用承插式轮扣脚手架可保证架体的稳定性,提高施工效率,节约工程成本,为今后类似工程施工提供参考。
Based on the construction analysis of high-formwork area in specific projects,this paper uses socket type wheel buckle scaffold to set up the high-formwork frame body,instead of the traditional steel tube fastening-type scaffold.In this paper,the specific construction methods of frame body erection,disassembly and concrete pouring are formulated in combination with BIM model,and the stability of frame body is checked by PMS BIM software.The results show that the socket type wheel buckle scaffold enhances the stability and construction efficiency of frame body to save the project cost,which provide reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
