摘要
基于文旅融合视角的工业遗产更新研究,这是一个具有经济、环境、社会价值的课题。在梳理现有研究的基础上引入了温州市东屿电厂的案例,厘清其工业遗产现状和发展条件,基于此给出温州市东屿电厂工业遗产更新发展模式及策略,以期为同类工业遗产的保护和利用提供参考。
The research renewal of industrial heritage from the perspective of cultural tourism integration,has economic,environmental,social value.On the basis of combing previous studies,this paper takes Dongyu power plant in Wenzhou as an example to clarify the terms of the present situation of industrial heritage and development.Based on this,gives Dongyu power plant in Wenzhou industrial heritage renewal development model and strategy,looking forward to provide reference for similar industrial heritage protection and utilization.
