基于AHP-PHA法的老旧小区改造项目安全管理研究

Research on Safety Management of old Community Reconstruction Project Based on AHP-PHA Method

为减少改造过程中的风险点,控制风险损失,基于老旧小区改造施工特点,采用调整的4M1E模型构建老旧小区改造安全管控制体系,并结合层次分析法给风险因素赋权,以识别关键风险因素,而后采取预先危险性分析法,执果索因并提出应对策略,为老旧小区安全改造提供参考。

In order to reduce the risk points in the transformation process and control the risk loss,based on the characteristics of the reconstruction of the old community,this paper uses the adjusted 4M1E model to construct the safety management control system of the reconstruction of the old community,and weights the risk factors with the analytic hierarchy process to identify the key risk factors.Then,adopts the pre hazard analysis method to implement the results and causes and puts forward the countermeasures,which provides a theoretical basis for the safety reconstruction of the old community.
