基于CiteSpace的老旧小区改造研究趋势与热点分析

Research Trend and Hotspot Analysis of old Community Transformation Based on CiteSpace

运用文献分析法,以中国知网(CNKI)中筛选出的有关老旧小区的1698篇文献为研究对象,利用计量软件CiteSpace绘制老旧小区改造研究的可视化知识图谱。分析发现老旧小区改造研究大致分为初步萌芽期、缓慢推进期、快速成长期、高质量发展期四个阶段,其研究热点多围绕物业管理、公共空间改造、多主体协同共治以及融资问题四个方面展开。最后对未来老旧小区改造研究发展方向进行思考和展望。

Using the method of literature analysis,this paper takes 1698 literatures about old communities selected from CNKI as the research object,draws the visual knowledge map of old community transformation research by using the measurement software CiteSpace.Then,finds that the research on the transformation of old communities can be roughly divided into four stages:initial budding stage,slow advancing stage,rapid growth period and high-quality development period,research hotspots mainly focus on four aspects:property management,public space transformation,multi-agent collaborative governance and financing problems.Finally,considers and prospects the future research and development direction of old community transformation.
