老旧小区改造效果分析与推进策略研究

Effect Analysis and Promotion Strategy of Old Residential District Reconstruction

通过线上与线下调研相结合的方式,以运筹学的知识为基础,利用层次分析法对老旧小区的改造效果进行评价,寻找改造过程中的薄弱环节;运用博弈论对老旧小区改造中涉及的政府、企业、居民三大参与主体进行两两博弈分析。归纳总结老旧小区改造过程中存在的问题,并针对具体问题提出建议,以期对老旧小区改造提升工作提供参考。

Through a combination of online and offline investigation,based on the knowledge of operational research,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to evaluate effect of old village renovation,looks for weak links in the process of transformation,and uses the game theory to the old village transformation of the government,enterprises and residents involved in the three groups for dynamic analysis.Then,summarizes the existing problems in the renovation of old residential areas,and puts forward suggestions for specific problems,which has certain reference value for the renovation of old residential areas.
