摘要
建筑外墙保温是建筑运行阶段节能降碳的有效手段。针对多孔保温材料,建立一种可以预测绝干状态和含湿状态下有效导热系数的闭孔立方体晶胞模型,分析孔隙率和含水率对挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板隔热性能的影响。结果表明,绝干状态下,孔隙率增加10%,有效导热系数降低12.6%;含水率越大,孔隙率对材料有效导热系数影响越显著;含水率增加10%,有效导热系数升高6.5%。
Building external wall insulation is an effective means of energy saving and carbon reduction in building operation stage.For porous thermal insulation material,this paper establishes a state can predict oven dry and wet state of effective thermal conductivity of obturator cube crystal cell model,analyzes the porosity and moisture content on the properties of extruded polystyrene foam plastic and heat insulation effects.The results show that under dry condition,the porosity increases by 10%and the effective thermal conductivity decreases by 12.6%.The larger the water content is,the more significant the effect of porosity on the effective thermal conductivity of materials is.The water content increases by 10%and the effective thermal conductivity increases by 6.5%.
