Research on the Business Model of Charging Infrastructure under the Industrial Chain of Construction Enterprises

近年来我国充电基础设施行业发展迅速,成熟的商业模式是产业链发展的关键要素,对加快推动充电基础设施建设运营,具有重大现实意义。主要从市场变化、产业链网络关系和典型商业模式进行梳理,分析主要存在问题,比较典型商业模式之间差异,探索研究符合建筑企业的新商业模式的特征以及对新模式的启示和期望。

In recent years,my country’s charging infrastructure industry has developed rapidly,and a mature business model is a key element in the development of the industrial chain,which is of great practical significance for accelerating the construction and operation of charging infrastructure.This paper mainly sorts out market changes,industrial chain network relationships and typical business models,analyzes the main problems,compares the differences between typical business models,and exploratory research is in line with the characteristics of the new business model of construction enterprises,as well as the enlightenment and expectation of the new model.
