摘要
总结国内外3D打印混凝土材料的研究进展及应用形式,提出当前打印油墨应用存在不足,厘清由商品混凝土制备打印油墨的技术背景、技术特点及影响因素。从全生命周期的角度提出3D打印混凝土综合效益评价方法,结合其技术特点,逐项分析各项成本和效益的具体构成及在实际工程应用中的可行性;从降低成本、提高效益的角度出发,分析3D打印商品混凝土技术未来发展所需突破的瓶颈和发展方向,并给出具体发展建议和意见。
This paper summarizes the research progress and application forms of domestic and foreign on 3D printed concrete materials for construction,and presents the shortcomings of the current application of 3D printing inks.Then,proposes the comprehensive benefit evaluation method of 3D printed concrete from the perspective of the whole life cycle.Combined with its technical characteristics,analyzes the specific composition of each cost and benefit item by item and the feasibility in practical engineering applications.From the perspective of cost and benefit,explores the specific composition of each cost and benefit and its feasibility in practical engineering applications with the technical characteristics.From the perspective of reducing costs and improving efficiency,the analysis gives the bottlenecks and development directions that need to be broken in the future development of 3D printed commercial concrete technology,and gives specific development suggestions.
