Selection Approach for Nuclear Power Project Delivery Method on basis of Model Analysis

在核电工程项目的前期决策阶段做出最合适的交付模式选择,对核电业主来说至关重要。交付模式选择过程需要考虑多重因素。介绍宏观视角下的开发环境模型和微观视角下的企业能力模型等核电工程交付模式选择方法,以期解决各项因素如何衡量的问题。实践证明是有效的,在国家“一带一路”政策下核电“走出去”实践中应用是有前景的。

It is crucial for the owner of a nuclear power project to select an appropriate project delivery method during early decision-making stages of the project.Multiple factors should be taken into consideration in the selection process.This paper introduces the selection approach on basis of macro-view development context model and micro-view company capability model analysis,which theoretically answers how to measure multiple factors and is proved to be effective in practice,and will be promising for application on nuclear power export under belt and road policy.
