摘要
基于尽可能节约工业与城市建设用地的考量,结合某电厂扩建项目工程建设用地不足的实际情况,运用土地集约利用理论,全面梳理原有厂区及周边土地资源,使用先进的技术与管理方法,优化总平面规划布置、施工组织设计及生产、建设合并管理的方案,在保持原一期发电机组正常生产运行前提下,实现了二期2×475MW9F级燃气发电机组的扩建任务,较限额设计指标节约建设用地4.80hm^(2)。
Based on the consideration of saving industrial and urban construction land as much as possible,combined with the actual situation of insufficient construction land for a power plant expansion project,this paper uses the theory of land intensive utilization to comprehensively sort out the original plant area and surrounding land resources,and uses advanced technology and management methods to optimize the general layout,construction organization design and the scheme of production and construction combined management.Under the premise of maintaining the normal production and operation of the original phase I generator set,the phaseⅡ2×The expansion task of 475MW9F gas-fired generator set saves 4.80hm^(2)of construction land compared with the quota design index.
