There are some deficiencies in the management of mountain tunnel construction teams,which have some impact on the quality and safety of tunnel projects.This paper gives a detailed discussion of the management ideology,management subjects,management content and management methods of standardized mountain tunnel construction teams,and proposes a standardized management system for mountain tunnel construction teams.Finally,thinks that standardized management can solve the deficiencies existing in the previous management,and has positive significance for quality and safety management in mountain tunnel construction.
