Selects the industrial sector of a railway construction group company as the sample,uses SWOT analysis method to deeply analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by the enterprise in the development,and finally selects ST strategy.Based on the analysis,puts forward some measures,such as optimizing the industrial product structure,developing internal and external markets,strengthening the ability of scientific and technological innovation,improving the level of comprehensive management and strengthening policy support,so as to provide a new path for the future development of industrial enterprises.
